This Safedock Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions under which we provide our services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms:

• We reserve the right to disable direct linking on accounts that consume excessive bandwidth or misuse system resources.
• Pornography, nudity, sexual content, offensive material and copyrighted content are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to determine appropriate content and remove files at any time without prior notice.
• Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including copyright and trademark regulations. Files violating intellectual property rights are not permitted. In case of disputes, Safedock is not obligated to intervene.
• Safedock is not responsible for user-uploaded content or any loss resulting from website downtime or data loss. We make no guarantees regarding future availability or storage reliability.
